The refer a friend scheme is open to all foster carers that work directly for Sandwell Children’s Trust,
and employees of both Sandwell Children’s Trust and Sandwell Council.

An additional £1000* when they have been approved as a foster carer
Placement Stage

A further £1000* when they provide a home for their first foster child
One year post Approval
One year post Approval
Finally, an extra £1500* following their first successful annual review
This means when somebody you refer has been a foster carer with us for a year, you will have earned £3750!
